About this Training session: During this webinar, participants will receive instruction on how to manage the customer’s expectations. In the service process, communication needs to be proactive so that the customer has a realistic understanding of what’s possible. The session will also address what customers expect from those that serve them, and what kinds of things create dissatisfaction for customers. As well, there will be a focus on how to set and manage expectations, how to diffuse upset customers by listening, demonstrating empathy, asking questions and solving the customer’s problems, which will all work together to create an excellent customer experience. On this webinar attendees can expect to learn about delivering excellent customer service, improve listening skills, and learn how to diffusing upset customer situations.
