Understanding Your Selling Style:  How It Impacts Success in Developing Customer Relationships

The Energy Solutions Center is offering its 3rd training webinar in conjunction with Vicki Flesher with InterAct Training Group on June 6th at 2PM Eastern.  This program will educate gas representatives to enhance and improve customer service, management and sales skills. Vicki has worked with ESC for several years on various training and education programs. 

The June class is titled: Understanding Your Selling Style:  How It Impacts Success in Developing Customer Relationships.  This class will run from 2PM to 3:30 PM Eastern on Thursday, June 6, 2024.  The early bird registration rate is $179 per person through 5/30/24.

About this Training session:  This program will help participants to discover their own behavioral style, and to gain an appreciation of each of the four DiSC styles.  You will be able to identify both your strengths and weaknesses, as it relates to developing meaningful customer relationships.  You will also will learn how to read the style of your customers and adapt your approach to enhance comfort in the relationship.  Different customers appreciate different approaches, and highly successful business development professionals, are adaptable and can use a variety of strategies to create comfort for their customers.  Fundamentally, when all things are equal, customers choose to do business with professionals that make them feel comfortable.

 

About the Speaker: Vicki Flesher owns InterAct Training Group, specializing in business development, customer service, and leadership and management development training.  Vicki offers clients unique consulting services unmatched by similar firms through her group training, coaching for individual employees, and training transfer techniques.  Her innovative methodologies assist clients in maximizing their return on the training investment.  Vicki worked with ESC to develop its Customer Relationship Development training program and our 2022/2023 Leadership Development training.
